Often made from dead-stock, remnants and upcycled fabric, every item is handmade in Yorkshire by the business owner. They have traded at a wide variety of markets and events and offer an attractive and very professional stall.

Brian Crowther’s deep love of the countryside led him to create the 3D landscape pictures and miniature drystone walls, which he has been doing for around 20 years. Except for the frames, he makes everything by hand. This includes the photography, cutting each stone individually, casting the animals and making the gates and signposts. All the stone is sourced from the relevant area, e.g. Yorkshire stone, Dales limestone and Lakeland slate.

Traditional salmon fly patterns are miniature works of art, dressed with the feathers of many exotic birds.
Originating in the Victorian era, these are considered the pinnacle of the fly dressers' art, but today they are dressed more sustainably.

Although rarely used these days, they remain too good to be consigned to a fly box. Fly Frames present them in a way that lets everyone enjoy them.

Fodderty Woodturning produces handmade utilitarian homeware.
Coffee grinders, spice mills, bowls, kitchen utensils, and anything round and made of wood that could be useful in the kitchen.
The wood is sustainably sourced in the Highlands of Scotland, mostly from within twenty miles of the workshop.
All finishes are natural waxes and oils; no chemicals or epoxy resin find their way into Fodderty Woodturning's workshop!

Footprints on Forever make comfortable clothes and accessories for all ages. They use soft and funky organic cotton jersey to design and make their clothes for all shapes and sizes. Their range includes textiles, mugs, and notebooks, all in a range of funky prints. Almost all of the products are designed and made in Yorkshire, and the skirts are finished at the fairs and events - custom finished to individual measurements!

Gavin Darby creates sculptures from scrap metal, old tools, re-purposed railings and anything that
will take a weld and creates snails, dragons, fish and just about anything he can think of. Some
pieces balance and turn in the wind. Some just sit quietly and look good! Commissions undertaken.

Fran is a self-taught metalsmith creating nature-inspired sterling silver and copper jewellery from her garden studio. Her work prioritises tactility and sustainability, using recycled silver and eco-friendly packaging. From chunky antique spoon rings to kinetic "fidget" jewellery and bold floral statement pieces, Fran’s designs celebrate organic textures and natural shapes. Each unique piece is crafted to feel as good as it looks, offering a tactile connection to the nature that inspires it.

Frances Lumber lives and works in the rugged, windswept valley of Garsdale. Her ceramic art is inspired by the textures and forms of nature - the curl of a fern frond, the outlines of weathered stone, the silhouettes of plant stems. Her creative process involves the slow building up of layers of colour and texture to create unique artwork and functional pieces celebrating the beauty of the local landscape.

Fred+Kate products are handmade at their home in a small village near the North Yorkshire Coast.
They make their candles, wax melts, and diffusers using eco-friendly ingredients.

From The Mills is a textile family business born in Yorkshire, a response to a love of British industrial history and a passion for wool, pattern and colour.

Louise Noble Peters is a fine artist. She makes fused glass art inspired by nature.
Themes include landscapes, animals, insects and birds.
Current work comprises layered, decorative, fused glass panels mounted on hand-painted wooden bases.
Enamel detail enhances elements in some pieces.
Other fused glass pieces include: hanging birds, decorative tiles, tealights, garden décor, coasters, earrings, pendants and seasonal decorations.

Glynn, originally from Yorkshire, studied fine art and photography. Although talented in art, he worked for many years as a photographer, travelling on assignments that inspired him. He retired in 2019 to focus on painting, developing a personal style that uses colour to create mood across a wide range of subjects.

Gneiss Rugs creates sumptuous handmade rugs that are handwoven from selvedge, a by-product of the weaving industry. Made with premium-quality wool, the rugs are both environmentally friendly and exceptionally durable, while also feeling soft underfoot. Each Gneiss rug is handwoven on a peg loom, one of the oldest weaving techniques, so every rug is individually crafted and unique.

Rachel Stewart, based in West Cumbria, is an award-winning designer-maker and founder of Go Your Own Way (GYOW). Her work, inspired by Cumbrian landscape and industrial heritage, combines utilitarian beauty with minimalism. Known for her 3D topographic designs, she transforms landscapes into tactile art, blending cartography and sculpture. Rachel champions local craftsmanship, using traditional and modern techniques to create durable, sustainable items that challenge throwaway culture.
